September goals

I've always been very much a goal/plan maker but not one that has the motivation and determination to see them through, and to be honest, this has to change. As i'm currently trying to lose weight, these goals very much health & fitness themed. I'll do a update post at the end of the month and lets hope.

1. Lose 7lb by the end of September

2. Get off and on the tube one stop earlier every day

3.  Try to eat 1200 calories a day (more added with exercise)

Feeling very motivated and determined today (for a change!), as in reality it's normally a bit like this:
